“I started taking it because keeping my blood sugar healthy has become more important as I've gotten older. What surprised me was how much steadier I felt after meals, fewer afternoon crashes and less reaching for snacks. It's become one of the easiest parts of my routine.”

So the insulin is there, and the cells answer slowly?
Two ingredients. Two halves of the same problem.
After a meal, insulin knocks on your cells and tells them to pull sugar out of your blood.
Over time, cells can answer that knock more slowly. The signal keeps coming, the cells respond less, and sugar lingers. That lingering is the afternoon dip, the cravings and the fog after lunch.
-
1Ceylon cinnamon
Helps your cells answer again.*
-
2Berberine
Activates AMPK, the switch that decides burn or store.*
-
3Two capsules, every morning
Supports healthy blood sugar levels and steady energy.*
The research
Ceylon cinnamon, studied as an ingredient
12-week trial · 1,000 mg
Ceylon cinnamon, at the amount Resilia uses
In a 12-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, adults took 1,000 mg a day of standardized Ceylon cinnamon extract, the same daily amount Resilia uses. Their fasting blood sugar came down more than in the placebo group. The trial tested the ingredient, not Resilia.1
4-month trial
Clinically studied Ceylon
In a separate 4-month randomized trial in Sri Lanka, adults with high blood sugar took Ceylon cinnamon extract. Their fasting glucose came down from where it started.2
Lab test of store brands
Most jars are cassia
A DNA test of store cinnamon products found 2 of 6 were actually cassia, the cheaper species with much more natural coumarin.3
Did you know?
8 in 10 people with high blood sugar don't know it
Steady energy after meals is one of the first things people notice when they start paying attention.
Each 2-capsule serving gives you 1,000 mg of true Ceylon cinnamon extract and 500 mg of berberine HCl. Many berberine studies used 1,000 to 1,500 mg a day, so Resilia uses berberine as a gentle partner to the Ceylon extract. The research above tested the ingredients. Resilia itself was not tested in it.
What's inside
Every serving, nothing hidden
-
1,000 mgTrue Ceylon cinnamon extract
Cinnamomum verum bark, standardized to cinnamaldehyde and polyphenols. Clinically studied Ceylon, not cassia.
-
500 mgBerberine HCl
Activates AMPK, the switch that decides burn or store.*
Side by side
Why the form matters
Cassia cinnamon and berberine-only formulas work differently. Resilia pairs clinically studied Ceylon with berberine so each covers one half of the problem.
